Who we are

PNW Boost is a digital studio serving small businesses across Oregon and Washington. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the quote form or by email: your name, email address, business name, phone number (optional) and your message. No accounts, no tracking pixels, no data bought from anyone.

When you submit the form we also record your IP address and the time of the submission. We use them only to stop spam and abuse, never to profile you.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your free quote and plan, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Sharing

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the basic services that run our business, and only as needed to serve you: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and storage of your request) and Resend (delivery of the notification email).

How long we keep it

Your request is kept for up to 12 months so we can find it again if email fails. The technical data used for spam protection is kept for one hour. Beyond that, as long as needed to handle your inquiry or project, or as the law requires.

Your rights

Ask us any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We honor them for everyone, everywhere.

Cookies

We use no cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling. The software that runs this site, and its security and caching tools, may set basic technical cookies that are needed for pages to load and forms to work. If we ever add visitor statistics, we will update this policy first.

Changes

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
